When renting a car in Dubai, you should be aware of the following potential extra charges:

Insurance Upgrades

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) – Reduces your liability in case of an accident.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) – Offers medical coverage for the driver and passengers.

Optional Extras

Additional Driver Fees – Charges may apply if more than one person will drive the car.
Child Seats – Required by law for children under a certain age/height.
GPS, Wi-Fi, or other accessories – Available for an additional fee.

Operational Costs

Fuel – Most rental companies require you to return the vehicle with the same fuel level.
